DIRECTOR, PICTUREBYCK LIMITED — BUSINESS OPERATIONS & GROWTHNeha Lobo is the Director of Picturebyck Limited, the company behind Valorframe Property Visuals. Alongside her career as an NHS nurse, she oversees company records, administration, compliance, and long-term business growth.
Her role helps ensure the company remains organised, responsible, and prepared for continued development, while the creative and day-to-day property visual services are led by Chintan Karad.

LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER & HEAD OF PROPERTY VISUALSWith more than eight years of experience in wedding photography, Chintan Karad developed a strong understanding of light, composition, emotion, and visual storytelling.
After moving to London, his attention gradually shifted towards architecture and interiors. He became fascinated by the character of London homes, their natural light, design, proportions, and the atmosphere within each space.
Today, Chintan leads the visual direction at Valorframe Property Visuals, bringing an artistic and considered approach to property photography and film. His work focuses on calm, natural, and honest presentation, helping estate agents, developers, landlords, homeowners, and property professionals show each property with clarity and purpose.
Through professional photography, floor plans, video, aerial visuals, and streamlined booking, Valorframe aims to make property marketing both visually distinctive and easy to manage.
